For practice you'll need: a mat or other non-slip surface to practice on
You may want: yoga strap (scarf, belt, or towel), yoga blocks (thick book, chair or ottoman), folded blanket or large bath/beach towel

Join us for a focused, workshop-style, introductory level practice. Class is appropriate for the absolute beginner, returning practitioner, those recovering from injury, living with limited mobility, or long-time practitioners looking for a fresh perspective on their practice. Expect class to be physically challenging although offered at a slow and easy tempo that will allow you to fully explore each posture through your safe, comfortable range of motion. Multiple pose options will be offered and demonstrated revealing the most supportive alignment for your body and allowing for the cultivation of a yoga practice that is uniquely yours.
