Ritual of Sound begins with mindfulness and mantra designed to cultivate connection and presence within the group. From there, you are invited into deep relaxation as layers of sound unfold throughout the space, immersing mind, body, and spirit in tones ranging from the tranquil resonance of bells and singing bowls to the deep, earthy vibrations of the gong.
The experience concludes with a gentle return to wakefulness, reflection, and closing mantra.
No experience with meditation is necessary.
Dress comfortably and expect to sit or lie on the floor for the duration of the experience. You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat, blankets, bolsters, and pillows, or borrow ours to create a comfortable nest for relaxation and reflection.
