Offered annually since 2021, the Absolute Beginner Series is a comprehensive, supportive introduction to the practice of vinyasa flow yoga.

This series is for you.
Build the confidence and knowledge to walk into any class with ease. Learn to practice in ways that support your unique body—regardless of age, ability, or physicality. Develop a home practice, build community, and gain clarity on what classes, teachers, and styles best support your practice.
Each workshop-style session includes guided practice, foundational instruction, and time for discussion and Q&A. Topics include:
Introduction to foundational postures (asana)
Sun Salutations and their variations
Alignment principles + accessible options + how to use props
Yogic philosophy and history with modern applications
Mindfulness and meditation
Breathwork (pranayama)
The role of vocal toning (mantra) in supporting the nervous system
Introduction to subtle energetics + the “energy body”
