This class combines mindful, strength-based yoga with the restorative benefits of Yamuna® Body Rolling. You’ll build strength in a sustainable way that supports your yoga practice, encourages healthy aging, and brings greater ease to everyday movement.
In addition to yoga postures, you’ll occasionally use specialized Yamuna® balls to release tension, improve alignment, and enhance body awareness. The result is a balanced practice that leaves you feeling strong, grounded, and resilient—both on and off the mat.
