This vibrant, dynamic, vinyasa-inspired flow promotes fluid mobility, awakens inner vitality, builds strength, and enhances endurance. Our practice weaves together rhythmic movement, intentional pose holds, and breath-work to build heat, enhance flexibility, and refine energetic awareness.
This practice integrates mindfulness, mantra (vocal toning), and breath-centered movement to harmonize body, mind, and spirit. Expect a creative sequence that transitions fluidly from floor to standing, with variations offered to support different abilities and body types.
This class is of moderate intensity and suitable for most levels of experience. Our teachers will meet you where you are and take you where you're ready to go! Some familiarity with yoga is helpful but not required.
