Tai Chi is slow continuous movement that improves strength, flexibility, and balance, and can help reduce stress. It has roots in Chinese healing and is widely recognized for its health and wellness benefits. Advanced Tai Chi is for individuals who practice Tai Chi regularly, know beginning Sun and Yang style forms, and are prepared to embrace more advanced Tai Chi practice.
