Tai Chi is slow continuous movement that improves strength, flexibility, and balance and can help reduce stress. It has roots in Chinese healing and is recognized for its health benefits. Beginning Tai Chi is designed to acquaint individuals with Tai Chi practice and foundational movements. Although Beginning Tai Chi will prepare participants for more advanced Tai Chi forms, they can opt to continue practicing at this level indefinitely. 

No previous experience is required.

* Dress comfortably - no bare feet; socks or light weight shoes required
