Evening facilitated by Clarissa Boggess, owner/instructor at PLYW.

Join us the third Friday of every month for an evening of relaxation and meditation. The gong, singing bowls, and other sound/vibrational instruments and methods have been shown to offer measurable health benefits such as alleviating symptoms of anxiety and stress, promoting more restful sleep, offering support in lowering blood pressure, and pain relief. 
Expect to sit or lie in relaxation while the deep, earthy tones of the Chau gong and bright, soothing tones of singing bowls and bells wash over you. For stressed and overly-active minds, the tones from the gong give the mind something to anchor to as you learn to release into deeper states of relaxation.
You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat, pillows, blankets, and bolsters or borrow some of ours. The studio has all that you will need to pad your nest and support your comfort.
