Whether transitioning to your evening activities after a long day or rolling out your mat first thing in the morning, this moderate intensity, energetically paced postural yoga practice is intended to invigorate your body & release muscular tension while toning your nervous system. Experience a fusion of dynamic movement interspersed with longer pose holds sequenced to increase flexibility, strength and mobility while discharging tension & stress, allowing for more complete relaxation and mental wellbeing.
Pose options are offered to support most abilities and body types. Expect to move from floor to standing with some postures practiced seated or reclined. Breathing practices, mantra (vocal toning), mindfulness and yogic philosophy are woven into the fabric of each class.
Appropriate for most levels of yoga experience. Moderate intensity; some knowledge of yoga helpful but not required.
