To help create and maintain more ease in our bodies and minds, this class will offer gentle to moderate poses that focus on strengthening and stretching, as well as balance and core stability. Different classes may focus a bit on particular body parts or issues. Short readings from yoga philosophy and other wisdom traditions will be offered to support self-reflection and awareness. We will begin each session with a brief breathing practice (pranayama) and end each session with a brief period of rest.
