Join us for this practice of stillness and release. Restorative Yoga offers a passive yoga asana (poses) practice completely supported by props allowing the muscles to be in a state of near complete relaxation encouraging the mind to soften and surrender. Fewer postures are practiced with poses being held for 5-10 minutes each depending on the posture. Our class finishes in deep relaxation with mindfulness and guided meditation.
Expect to remain on the floor in seated or reclined positions throughout.
Class is 75 minutes long.
