Join us on the mat for a slow, meditative practice designed to help release deeply-held
tensions in the body, support supple connective tissues, and improve joint mobility and
comfort. We will linger in gentle poses for 3 to 5 minutes and make full use of props to
support a safe, productive practice. All experience levels welcome—learn to let go of the
tension you carry from day to day and love being in your body.
