Start the day off with an invigorating morning respite! Focus will be on discovering safe, supportive alignment and practicing breathing techniques while flowing into yoga poses (asana) for increased strength, balance and flexibility. Each week's class will be sequenced differently around a new theme. Finish in savasana (relaxation pose) with attention to deeply relaxing your mind and body. Some knowledge of yoga is helpful, but not required. Moderate intensity.
