Youth Yoga Series (Ages 6–11)
Saturdays • 9:30–10:15 AM
Taught by Registered Children’s Yoga Teacher, Clarissa Boggess
This playful and purposeful series is designed to support children ages 6–11 in developing physical awareness, emotional regulation skills, and a deeper sense of connection with themselves and the world around them.
Each class is themed and developmentally appropriate, introducing yoga poses and mindful movement, breathwork, sound play and vocal expression, and age-appropriate mindfulness and meditation practices. Yogic philosophy is gently woven into the weekly themes in a way that is accessible and engaging.
Classes follow a consistent structure that includes:
Time-in & Breathing Practice
Warm-up Movement
Yoga Pose Sequence
Partner Pose or Game
Reflective Poses
Relaxation & Mindfulness
Optional At-Home Practice
✨ A parent or guardian is required to remain on site during class time. You are welcome to wait in our small lobby or quietly observe from the studio space if it helps your child feel more comfortable.
