Tai Chi is slow continuous movement that improves strength, flexibility, and balance, and can help reduce stress. It has roots in Chinese healing and is widely recognized for its health and wellness benefits. Intermediate Tai Chi is for individuals who are familiar with Tai Chi practice and foundational movements and have experience with Tai Chi for Arthritis and/or Yang 24 Forms.

* Dress comfortably - wear socks or lightweight shoes for practice
